Refund policy
At AMODRYA, we are committed to ensuring that orders arrive correctly and in acceptable condition. Refund, replacement, and return requests are handled in accordance with the terms below.
1. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Customers must contact AMODRYA within 30 calendar days of delivery if an item:
- Arrives materially damaged or defective
- Is materially different from the product ordered
- Is the incorrect color, size, or variant
- Has essential parts or accessories missing
The request must include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A short video where photographs do not clearly demonstrate the issue
- A description of the problem
AMODRYA may request additional evidence reasonably required to assess the claim.
After reviewing the submitted evidence, AMODRYA may approve one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Reshipment of the missing item, part, or accessory
- Full refund
- Partial refund where the product remains usable
Minor color variations, slight measurement differences, packaging damage, small cosmetic imperfections, or other issues that do not materially affect the normal use of the product may not qualify for a full refund or replacement.
Customers must not dispose of, repair, modify, assemble, or return the product until AMODRYA has completed its review and provided written instructions.
2. Return Authorization
Customers must not return any product without prior written authorization from AMODRYA.
Where a return is required, AMODRYA will provide the applicable return address and instructions.
The following conditions apply:
- The approved product must be returned within the timeframe stated in the authorization
- The product must be packed securely
- The customer must use a trackable shipping service where requested
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
- Returning a product does not automatically guarantee a refund
Any refund remains subject to receipt and inspection of the returned product.
3. Customer Ordering Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the following information before completing an order:
- Product description
- Dimensions and measurements
- Materials and specifications
- Compatibility requirements
- Color, size, quantity, and selected variant
- Delivery address and contact information
Requests relating to customer-selected variants, incorrect measurements, compatibility issues, duplicate orders, or accidental purchases will be reviewed individually and may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.
Approval is not automatic and will depend on the condition of the product, fulfillment status, applicable costs, and the circumstances of the request.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
A full cancellation and refund may be approved only where the order has not entered processing, packing, customization, or fulfillment.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be handled in accordance with this policy after delivery.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
Delivery dates displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers should contact AMODRYA if an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
For orders shipped to the United States, an order may be reviewed as delayed or potentially lost where valid tracking has not confirmed delivery within 45 days from shipment, subject to carrier investigation and available tracking information.
Delays caused by the following may require additional investigation time:
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruption
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Address verification
- Force majeure
- Events outside AMODRYA’s reasonable control
Where an order is confirmed as lost, AMODRYA may approve a replacement or refund.
6. Orders Marked as Delivered
Where tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, the order will not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
The customer may be required to provide:
- Confirmation of the delivery address
- Evidence of contact with the local carrier
- A formal non-delivery confirmation from the carrier or local post office
- Confirmation that household members, neighbors, reception areas, parcel lockers, and safe delivery locations were checked
Each case will be reviewed individually.
A refund or replacement is not guaranteed where tracking confirms successful delivery and no formal evidence of non-delivery is provided.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information.
AMODRYA is not responsible for delivery failure caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Incorrect postal code
- Incorrect telephone number or email address
- Unknown recipient
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Failure to respond to the carrier
- Failure to complete customs requirements
- Lack of access to the delivery location
Where a parcel is returned, destroyed, held, or otherwise undeliverable due to customer-provided information or customer action, any refund or reshipment will be subject to the actual costs incurred.
8. Products Not Eligible for Return
Unless materially damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following products may not be eligible for return:
- Used, washed, altered, installed, or assembled products
- Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or improper care
- Products without their original packaging
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
- Pre-order or specially sourced products
- Clearance or final-sale products where clearly identified
- Hygiene-sensitive products after opening
- Products showing normal wear or customer-caused damage
- Products with minor cosmetic differences that do not affect normal use
- External packaging damage where the product itself is unaffected
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for AMODRYA to review the request and supporting evidence
- 5–10 business days for the payment provider or financial institution to process an approved refund
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Shipping, customs, handling, or other charges may be non-refundable where the issue was not caused by AMODRYA or a verified product defect.
10. How to Submit a Request

The request must include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Delivery address
- Reason for the request
- Clear photographs or video where applicable
- Any supporting carrier documentation where required
Customers must not return any product until written authorization and return instructions have been provided by AMODRYA.
11. Policy Review
AMODRYA reserves the right to review requests individually and to request reasonable supporting evidence before approving a refund, replacement, reshipment, or return.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
